A DESIGN BY MASQUESPACIO
On the small town of Picaña, eight kilometres away of Valencia, one can found Albabel, a restaurant to which Masquespacio presented a new interiors design. Antonio Ramirez was managing the restaurant for over 20 years when he decided to make a dream come true: turn “his old restaurant into a completely new one”.
The aim was to give the clients a totally different concept, that mixed the Mediterranean kitchen with the Andalusian, with a “touch of international ingredients”.
The new version of Albabel is truly inspired “by the Andalusian roots from their founders”, and it used materials typically from the south of Spain, such as raffia and “earth bricks”. Another highlight is the option for some olive wood furniture, such as chairs and stools made exclusively to this project.
The Spanish atelier Masquespacio added, as well, “a touch of explosive colours”, usual to their interventions.
