There is nothing more challenging than understanding the morphology of a city. It serves as inspiration for anyone inhabiting it and, at the same time, for architects and designers in the development of their works. Complex visions of the city led to the creation of ‘Cityscapes’, a fine quality woollen felt tiled carpet designed by Slovakian studio ALLT and produced in the Netherlands by Basematters. Cityscapes promotes the freedom of creation of small symmetrical and asymmetrical islands with the construction of a “puzzle” of 40 pieces.
