Movember wants to, once again, get a moustache in the face of portuguese men. On its third edition, Jameson, a renowned whiskey brand, sides with the Movember Foundation, which challenges men to use a moustache during the entire month of November.
Jameson StacheMates (from moustache, and Jameson Caskemates – whiskey which olds in beer casks) is working with several barbershops: Corvo, Baberhood, Baber Factory, Belarmino and Barbearia Cruz, in Lisbon, Barbearia Porto, in Porto, Goodfellas, in Viseu, Pluma, in Famalicão, and The Barberhouse, in Algarve.
For each non-made moustache, Jameson delivers one euro to Movember, which wants to create awareness to the need of routine prevention visits, such as because of prostate cancer. Besides the barbershops, Jameson is also on social media – one only need to take a photo with a moustache, let it be real or artificial, with #JamesonStacheMates and the brand delivers one euro to Movember.
