LEGO is a Danish brand deep-rooted in the playing imaginary, amazing constructions, where almost anything is possible. We can do them more or less according to the status quo, we can construct houses, airplanes, bridges, helicopters, dragons... This is a place where freedom and creativity rule.
Now, LEGO has its own house, made with the brand´s culture and values by Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG) architectural office. A glimpse is enough to absorb LEGO´s essence, magic and the imaginary present in a building which transports its traditional brick from a toy scale to an architectural one. The architect Bjarke Ingels states that "LEGO House is a literal manifestation of the infinite possibilities of the LEGO brick".
Located in Billund, Denmark, this house was designed as "an experience hub for fans of all ages", as an "architectural landmark" and a significant step towards making the city the `Capital for Children`.
