This coming Saturday, October 29th, Casa da Arquitetura organizes a series of conferences that brings together ten Portuguese architects working in some of the larger offices, schools and architecture magazines of the world.
Casa das Artes, in Porto, receives the conference "Outside Job - Reporting design process overseas / the diaspora of Portuguese architecture" with architects like Diogo Burnay - director of Dalhousie School of architecture of Halifax -, Rita Topa - project director of office Kengo Kuma, in Tokyo -, Nuno Ravara - partner at Herzog & de Meuron of Basel -, or Diogo Bleck - partner of Foster & Partners, in London. The architects will explain the working methods of those prestigious offices, focusing more on the process than the final result.
Commissioner by architect Diogo Brito, this cycle of conferences will result in a publication that will share the different methodologies presented by the speakers.
