Range Rover SV CoupéTech | 08 Mar 2018
Geneva Motor Show brought with it the most recent automobile news. Amongst them, Land Rover launched the new Range Rover, the SV Coupé – a luxurious edition limited to 999 vehicles worldwide.
With 266km/h top speed, the SV Coupé ranges from 0 to 100km/h in just 5.3 seconds and has a V8 Supercharged motor. This is the fastest full-size Range Rover ever.
THE BET ON CUSTOMIZATION
Luxury is, indeed, in each part, it can be customized and doesn’t neglect the all-terrain capacity expected from Range Rover. Land Rover Design and Special Vehicle Operations created the top example of “design, craftsmanship and capability”.
It has four seats, two doors and is the first one with a 23-inch wheel option, but it is “instantly recognizable” as a Range Rover for its “floating roof, continuous waist and tapering tail”.
The inside is full of light due to the doors with frameless glass and the panoramic roof, which accentuate the “relaxed, sophisticated and contemporary atmosphere”. The front seats are made with semi-aniline leather, which transforms its already sophisticated interiors into something comparable to a luxurious yacht or a private jet. The SV Coupé is, just for itself, an exclusive edition, but the clients can make their own even more exclusive with the personalization Land Rover has available. So, one can choose to have all seats with a single colour or, for example, two different colours for the front and rear seats. It is also possible to customize the paint finishes, being available 100 paint colours; the door handles or, for example, the quilt pattern.
