A PANORAMIC VIEW OF BEIRUT
The Cube is located in Sin el Fil, an eastern district of Beirut, Lebanon, and was designed by Orange Architects for the Lebanese development corporation Masharii. The concept of the building is simple but extraordinarily effective: ‘MAXIMIZE’.Each floor consists of one or two apartments that feature panoramic windows up to 12 meters wide. The rotation of the volumes on each level offers residents magnificent outdoor areas, precisely on the roof of the apartment below. The white coated girder walls, which are perforated, determine the appearance of both the exterior and the interior of the building.
This magnificent tower with 50 meters high consists of 21 apartments and offers its residents the unique opportunity to enjoy Beirut from a 360º panorama.
